'Creepy': Coco Austin slammed for bathing six-year-old in kitchen sink

Rapper and actor Ice T's wife, Coco Austin is yet again under fire for her parenting choices. The TV personality has been slammed for bathing her six-year-old daughter, Chanel, in a kitchen sink.
In an Instagram reel, Austin said that the mother-daughter duo were getting ready for a Patricia Field fashion show. The video then showed Chanel bathing in the kitchen sink whilst playing on her iPad.
Austin captioned the video "the sink is easiest when you have to be fast."

The video then cuts to Austin doing her hair and Chanel picking out her outfit as the pair had less than an hour to prepare.
Austin and Chanel then sit by the runway at the Patricia Field fashion show. Field is best known for her costuming work on Sex and the City and other iconic television shows.

While the reel seemed to garner lots of positive comments, a number of people were quick to point out Austin's 'weird' choice to bathe her six-year-old daughter in the sink.
Many viewers agreed the TV personality was treating her daughter like an "infant".
"She is definitely old enough to bathe herselfกญit's creepy," one viewer wrote.
"She's six, this is a little too much."
"She is old enough now to start having showers and baths in a proper bath," another viewer commented.

This is not the first time Ice T and his wife have raised alarm bells over their unconventional parenting style.
Just a few months ago, the couple were slammed for still pushing six-year-old Chanel around in a pram while on holiday.
Followers of the couple were again quick to call out the odd choice.
"Isn't she like six-years-old! Shouldn't she be out of a stroller by now?" asked one.
"Wtf is she in a stroller?" commented another, while another said, "She looks like she's over being in a baby stroller."
