Kate Middleton 'wrote every word' of cancer diagnosis announcement
Catherine, the Princess of Wales ended the rumours circulating about her wellbeing on the weekend sharing news of her devastating cancer diagnosis.
She shared the news in an emotional video broadcast, which royal sources say came entirely from the heart.
A palace source confirmed to People that Kate Middleton penned the announcement, which was released on Saturday morning, entirely on her own.

"She wrote every word herself," a palace source told the publication.the palace sourcee said.
A family friend also commented on the princess' announcement.
"She wrote the words herself, delivered it personally and wanted to decide when the time was right to hit the world with this news," the family friend said, per People.

The video announcement was released by Kensington Palace at 6pm on Friday in London.
Kate spoke candidly in the video, sharing that she had been diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer and is in the "early stages" of preventative chemotherapy.
She began the announcement by sharing her gratitude for "all the wonderful messages of support" during her recovery from surgery.
She continued to disclose that it has been "an incredibly tough couple of months" for her and her young family. ?
"It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment but most importantly it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them and to reassure them that I'm going to be okay," Kate explained.
The Princess of Wales also expressed that having Prince William by her side has been a "great source of comfort ?and reassurance".

In a display of compassion, the princess concluded ?her announcement by taking a moment for those who may be experiencing similar circumstances.
"?At this time I'm also thinking of all those? whose lives have been affected by cancer. For everyone facing this disease in whatever form please do not lose faith or hope," she shared.
"You are not alone."
