Kourtney Kardashian has fired back at a fan following comments about her body on social media.

In an Instagram post, that has since been deleted, Kourtney was confronted with the question ?of whether she was pregnant or not, after sharing photos of herself promoting a new vitamin product said to assist with vaginal health.

While the famous Kardashian has been open about her IVF journey and struggle to conceive, she did not appreciate the fan's question and immediately set the record straight - getting candid about the side effects of IVF.

?"Is she pregnant," a fan asked bluntly on a set of behind-the-scenes photos from the Lemme campaign shoot, featuring the mum-of-three dressed in a yellow ensemble including a cropped yellow sweater.

Minutes later Kourtney replied directly to the fan, "The after-effects of IVF (I only acknowledge this comment bc I do think it's important to know how IVF affects women's bodies and it's not spoken about much) ... also are we still asking women if they're pregnant?"

Her comment swiftly gathered thousands of likes and support from fans who also found the question insensitive.

However, a few hours later, the entire post was deleted from the Kardashian's Instagram account and has not resurfaced.
