As the name suggests, the mattresses come in a box and then expand to size once removed from the box. This option makes it easy to cart the mattress home in the car and maneuver it around stairs and doors.?

Shoppers are already buzzing about the return of the mattress-in-a-box, with one request in the Aldi Mums Facebook group for reviews of the mattress generating 182 comments in just a day.

?The reviews in the post are quite positive with many praising the quality, firmness and value for money.

"They are on the firmer side. But great. Our kids both have them on their bed. We've had them for five years and they are still like new," a mum commented.

"My daughter had a queen one for ages and it was so comfortable, she just upgraded to a king and will be annoyed she didn't wait two months as she still loves her old mattress?," a woman said.

"We have the single size for my son's bed. It is so comfortable and supportive. Very happy, especially with the price. Never disappointed when I end up in his bed," posted one.

"I have had a king one for six years now and just about to update it as I think it's just starting to get a little less comfortable. We also have a queen one on the spare bed and everyone says how comfortable the bed is," another said.
